OPEC simply cuts back their production and the same level of commodity remains present. The only drilling that should be done should be in the heads of people that ACTUALLY believe that we can control world oil prices with our meager domestic supply of oil. JUST USE LESS THAT WILL CAUSE A SURPLUS CONDITION.
