Looks like the DNI is distancing himself from his own organizations assessment of the Iranian nuclear program.

Turns out that the piece that we all heard about in the news was not speaking about the entire program initiative that the Mainstream media had wanted you to think. They were only speaking about the construction of nuclear warheads….which is just a single step in the process of making the weapons.

Here, just read this:

Mr. McConnell was referring to the specific Iranian program to design potential nuclear warheads, which the December estimate said had halted in 2003. But in his opening testimony, Mr. McConnell noted that two other components of the nuclear program were moving ahead — the enrichment of uranium, which he said was the most difficult part of making a bomb, and the development of long-range missiles capable of hitting North Africa and Europe.

Ya’ don’t say?! Have anything else to add Mr. McConnell?

Yesterday, Mr. McConnell struck a different tone. “Declared uranium enrichment efforts, which will enable the production of fissile material, continue. This is the most difficult challenge in nuclear production. Iran’s efforts to perfect ballistic missiles that can reach North Africa and Europe also continue.”

He went on, “We remain concerned about Iran’s intentions and assess with moderate-to-high confidence that Tehran at a minimum is keeping open the option to develop nuclear weapons.

Wow, how did the Mainstream not pick up on this little nugget? You think the Today show or MSNBC or CNN will send this news on down the pipeline? AND tarnish their good name?

Never.

Guess the MSM hit pieces will continue to roll on down the line while the truth stays out here in obscurity in the blogosphere.

And rightfully so.

I have said and thought for years that the Rowan Williams was an absolute pitiful leader of the Church of England and his comments over the years have backed up my claims. Now, as if this was shocking to everyone else but me, he comes out and says that people should recognize Sharia law and that is how they should govern their own lives.  So, what will he say when the spousal abuse statistic skyrockets because of all the “admonishing” that the Sharia law followers commit on their wives?

Here’s some reactions to his comments:

In an astonishing attack, one senior Church of England clergyman demanded Dr Rowan Williams step down immediately and branded him “gullible”.

Meanwhile, the Bishop of Rochester, the Rt Rev Dr Michael Nazir-Ali, claimed it would be “simply impossible” to introduce Sharia law in Britain.

Hmmm…does Mr. Nazir-Ali have anything else to day?

Today he claimed that Sharia would be “in tension” with current laws, including the rights of women.

Dr Nazir-Ali, who holds dual British and Pakistani citizenship, also added that Muslim women’s groups had blocked an attempt to introduce Sharia in marriage dispute cases in Canada.

Debates on Sharia “are not an argument for disturbing the integrity of a legal tradition which is rooted in the quite different moral and spiritual vision deriving from the Bible,” he concluded.

In a separate attack, a clergyman identified only as a long-standing member of the Church’s governing body the General Synod, told The Times that many people had now lost confidence in the Archbishop.

(Added emphasis) Yeah, thats exactly what I had thought. Despite the facts that Sharia law is in direct opposition to the type of moral standards of the Bible is it also in direct opposition to the rights of women who probably don’t think that being flogged and verbally abused is what constitutes as a “good date”.

As for the whole “people have lost confidence in the Archbishop” comment….really? Did it take you people this long to figure out that the guy is nothing but a deceptive appeaser to other standards and beliefs? If he wants to make comments like that he needs to step down from the position he holds and leave the Church of England because his type of destructive rhetoric is not welcome there.

And to be honest? I denounce him completely. To think that a man who is the leader of the Church of England would allow such laws to be recognized that would put many women in danger and others as well. Shameful.

Just. freakin’. Shameful.

Apparently Clinton was betting on the “good ole boys” not voting for a black man.

Considering that Tennessee went to Clinton (yeah, I was very surprised) the story pretty much states that Hillary was hoping that she could swing it so that the rural areas would avoid Obama like the plague.

Clinton lost urban counties by about a 2:1 margin, narrowly won suburban counties, and won in rural areas by as much as 10:1 margins.  Obama finished so poorly in some counties that he actually finished third in two-man race

That sucks pretty bad. I mean, I guess Clinton could go ahead and say that rural whites wouldn’t vote for a black man but considering how much of a good run that Harold Ford Jr. did back during the senate race I just don’t think that race really had anything to do with it. It could be that Obama was rated as one of the most liberal senators in America in 2007, but hey…the dems love themselves a race war.

Yes, yes, Ford Jr. -did- lose back during the senate race but he lost by a very small margin. Corker barely managed to pull that one out and the percentages showed that back in ‘06.

Still, The Clinton’s were hoping something like this would come about and I’m sure we’ll be hearing more about it in the news if the mainstream picks up on it.

Ok, now this pisses me off.

It seems that the delegates of Paul’s and McCain’s committees were instructed at the last minute to rally behind Huckabee to steal away the win from Romney, and it looks like it worked too.

But before Huckabee’s surprising turnaround at the convention, McCain delegates told FOX News they had been instructed by the campaign to throw their support to Huckabee.

Ugh. Huckabee already pissed me off by being a bad candidate and not figuring out when the heck to get out of the race, but now he is just pushing my big red button that screams “AHHH!”.

This honestly makes me just want to quit the Republican party…not that I would join the DNC…no no no…not ever. However, the party is leaving me and I just can’t stand to see this type of self-destruction going on in the party. Hopefully McCain wont come out with a win today and neither will Huckabee because that would just absolutely suck if either one of them became the nominee. Such a sad sad day indeed….

Thanks goes to Ace for the info.

She claims that President George W. Bush almost killed her.

And she has the scarrrrrrrz~ to prove it she claims. Well, actually she went out and bought a whole bunch of fishing equipment (WTF?) and then proceeded to stab herself in the finger with the cleaning knife that tore out tendon, muscle, sinew, and then left her with a staph infection that almost killed her.

Now, any sane person probably feels the urge to find Ms. O’Donnell and slap her squarely across the face with a medieval gauntlet and declare a dual. However, I urge everyone to remain calm and refrain from old european tactics of outrage.

Still, it makes me wonder why people haven’t had Rosie committed for the truly insane acts that she has committed against herself, and against whatever viewing audience she has been in front of. Because, lets face it….if you’ve had to endure listening to this fat sow scream and harp on about conspiracy and lunacy then you have all been done a great disservice and I’m pretty sure that just having to look at her is classified as “eye rape”.

You wanna know what the craziest thing about her actions that really confuses me? It isn’t the self-mutilation part that I am confused over….it’s the fishing. Why did she suddenly have an urge to go fishing? What madness overtook her so wholeheartedly that she HAD to go fishing?

Crazy

Thank you HotAir for this nugget

Here is the video if you don’t wanna click out:

Here’s the synopsis of the video:

Hannity: Can you name one single accomplishment of Barack Obama?
Crowd: Uuuuhhhhhh~ Uuuhhhhhh~ UhhhhhhHHHhhhhh~

Is that not frightening? Sure, it makes for some awesome Super Tuesday comedy but it is a truly frightening thing to learn that the people VOTING FOR HIM can’t even recall a single reason why he is qualified to be President. One guy even said he was a great speaker like Jesse Jackson……

Yeah, let that one sink in for just a second. Just because he is a good speaker that makes him qualified to be President? If the position could just be filled by someone who was good at public speaking then I should have been rushed to the White House at the age of ten. Trust me, if speaking ability was what got people there then I seriously need to consider running for President when I turn 35.

But I digress, It is a truly frightening thing to see when people can’t even figure out why they are voting for the person they are supporting. If you asked me I could at least tell you one reason why my candidate of choice was capable of ascending to Commander in Chief. However, and I don’t think is an isolated incident, I just don’t think most of the democrat voters even know why they are choosing Barack or Hillary. I think they are just going so they can “defeat the evil republicans” yet have absolutely no idea what type of hell they are going to be bringing upon themselves in the form of their new President.

The true horror of it all? they don’t even know it. They are just pulling that lever and they have their eyes closed the whole time. At times like this I agree with Neal Boortz that some people should not be allowed to vote. Ever. Not because of gender or race or anything retarded like that but for being purely ignorant of the process or why your involved in it.

Maybe there needs to be a test or something so that we can weed out all the stupid people and keep them from casting useless votes, but then that wouldn’t be freedom now would it? Oh well, I don’t see this trend of blind voting going away anytime soon so I guess the small fraction of us that really care about our country will have to fight extra hard to keep the truly destructive idiots from ruining what country we have left.

When the top spy agency in Israel says something like this I tend to pay real close attention.

Why? Because Mossad is just that awesome. Not to mention everyone one of their neighbors are pretty much enemies so I’m pretty sure they have a handle on keeping an eye on what the other sides are trying to accomplish. Why would we even question what Israel was saying anyways? Hasn’t the President of Iran come out and said numerous times “We want to wipe out Israel”?  and have they not been enriching uranium and continuously telling the U.N. to shut up and back off because they are just going to keep making the stuff anyways?

Apparently all of this suspicious activity isn’t suspicious to the U.N. at all, but considering we’re talking about the same organization that just sits on its thumbs and pretends everything is rosy while Rwanda was falling in to turmoil and while Darfur is still worse for wear. I don’t expect the U.N. councils to do much but thats because they have a track record of never getting anything done. Ever.

Here is a bit from the article:

Israel’s Mossad spy agency estimates Iran will develop a nuclear weapon within three years and continue to provide rockets to regional armed groups, a newspaper reported on Tuesday.

Mossad director Meir Dagan, in an intelligence assessment presented to Israel’s powerful foreign affairs and defense committee on Monday, said the Jewish state would face increased threats on all fronts, Maariv daily said.

Face increased threats on all fronts? Considering this is from an Israeli source I find that a bit of an understatement. If Iran was to really gain the ability to launch a functional nuclear weapon I would think that Israel would be dealing with more than just “increased threats”.

Tehran has always insisted its nuclear program is for peaceful purposes.

Ok, sure, if you buy that then I have some seriously awesome imaginary real estate to sell you. Trust me….the view is gorgeous.

Long story short, we might need to pay attention when Israel’s top spies are telling everyone to keep a freakin eye on the Iranians because I honestly do believe that they are trying to make a bomb and will do whatever they can to get it completed, and if they do I bet that more than just Israel will have to deal with them.

Honestly, I have to question why we haven’t done anything about them sooner. Why did we go in to Iraq when we should have headed full steam in to Tehran? Probably logistics or some diplomatic event that we wanted to avoid, and even though removing Saddam was a good idea it’s ALSO a good idea to remove Ahmadenijad as well.

Here is the link

Here is a little nugget from the very first paragraph. I literally could hardly contain myself from the laughter:

Republican John McCain assailed Mitt Romney’s conservative credentials on the eve of the Super Tuesday presidential primaries, going on national television with a new campaign ad that claims Romney “was against Ronald Reagan before he was for him.”

Excuse me for a moment….

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!

Ok, ok, seriously now though….are you ******* kidding me? McCain, who has had to have had the most anti-conservative record considering the views on border security, immigration, free speech, and ethics…..is questioning someone elses conservatism??? Really?

It’s official…the dude is freakin nuts. Aside from Romney, at this point I think that all of the republican candidates are just bat-guano crazy. Stone. Effin’. Cold.

Like, liberal fringe conspiracy crazy.

Now, I would like to point out that this act of craziness is not to be mistaken for “Ron Paul” type of crazy. Oh, lord no. That type of crazy has it’s own realm of weird and you can’t buy a ticket to get where he’s gone. However, this accusation that Sean Hannity was “doing his employers bidding” is just way on out there when it comes to conspiracy.

Radio Equalizer (the link to which my link takes you too) points out that the Huffington post was the originators of this idea quite a while back after accusing that Hannity was being paid by Mitt Romney because of stakes or ownership in some company that was invested in Clearchannel. A twisted and convoluted idea that really doesn’t go anywhere but crazytown.

Really, i’m actually quite ashamed that a candidate, let alone a Republican, would head in to such territories that are usually reserved for the late night callers of some obscure radio show where they claim that there are black helicopters flying overhead. This kinda crap usually doesn’t get thrown around in a primary and quite frankly I’m disgusted.

Also, ashamed ever more since I had once thought Huckabee to be a decent fella. Now I just think he is a sore loser and a public bother.

Thank you Bill Quick for putting this absolutely wonderful piece up.

Seriously, if you are wondering whether or not you should vote for John McCain then why not click that link and head on over to Daily Pundit and give that a read. It’s just a list of many of the major reasons why John McCain should have never been allowed to get this close to a nomination and it’s a bunch of darn good reasons to keep him from EVER getting the nomination.

You would think that people the nickname “McAmnesty” would have tipped people off to the fact that he was a pretty crappy guy when it comes to securing out borders. However, it was like people forgot all about that now didn’t they. The real creepy part? Thats just 1 reason not to vote for him….the list pretty much does a bang up job of striking nail after nail on the head as to why people need to avoid McCain like the plague.

Here’s one of my favorites:

“I believe my party has gone astray. I think the Democratic Party is a fine party, and I have no problems with it, in their views and in their philosophy.”

McCain said this in 2004 when speaking at a DEMOCRAT Party shindig at the time he was being TOUTED by the MSM and quite a few Democrats (and maybe McCain himself?) for a possible shot as Kerry’s VP nominee.

Yeah, I wonder how many of you guys remember that one? Anyone? I sure as heck do and knowing that he was once considered to be the running mate of a rival party just sends chills up my spine. Quite frankly, if you ask me, the guy wants revenge for not getting the nomination in 2000. He’s wanting payback and he’s willing to burn the entire conservative populace in liberal fire if he ever gets the chance, and chances are he’ll start by opening up the borders and just letting the Mexican invasion begin in full force.

Anyways, its a dang good article and if your an undecided then you owe it to yourself to read it.

Blogroll update

February 4, 2008

I updated my blogroll of an old blog that was abandoned for an ever better one.

Seriously, Bmac told me like…ages ago that he changed his blog and my procrastinating hind-end didn’t get around to changing it till…well…today.

LAZY

Anyways, his blog “A Fine Line Between Stupid and Clever” is now updated. clickity clickity and get educated.

There is a video at the link

Seriously, why are we giving these people a country? Has everyone just turned a deaf ear to the fact that these exiled Syrians Palestinians are just going to keep attacking Israel? Apparently the U.N. has and considering that President Bush went over there and claimed that the Israeli’s need to “stop the occupation” in Gaza I’m assuming that our government has too.

This is simple people:

Palestinians = Bad guys
Exiled Syrians = Palestinians
Syrians = Bad guys
Hamas = Terrorist Organization
Terrorists = Bad guys

It’s a simple formula people. Simple. NOW! Since we have no identified who are the good and the bad guys why can’t we start treating them as the good and bad guys. Easy right? Well, just in case you all forgot:

Israel = Good guys
Palestine = Bad guys

Ok, class dismissed.

Thanks to HotAir for the link

In my opinion this would be a bad omen.

Clinton said she supported the NY Giants (as if that harpy actually watches football) while her opponent supported the Patriots. Now that the Giant’s have won the SuperBowl she is now saying that the NY victory is an omen of things to come.

Well, Hillary, I can assure you that a grandiose celebration will not follow your “victory” if it should happen. The nation shall surely weep at the amount of damage they can now envision you spreading across the land, and trust me, Socialism will be the death kneel of this country.

However, I am a bit more optimistic of this omen but thats because I shall interpret it in a more fitting manner. You see, I feel that the Patriots are actually the representation of the Democrats who have been able to bask in the spotlight of the media glow and have practically been told that they will surely win. Clinton/Obama being the “Tom Bradys’” of the democrat party they have been assured that they are magical and shall surely never lose.

Then here comes the underdogs….the Republicans who has had to take a lashing from the media every step of the way. “They’ve been showing some spirit but they just cant pull it off” everyone has said, but hopefully at crunch time we can duck and weave our way past the onslaught that the Dem’s will toss at us and pull away with a win.

Although, if McCain is the Republican who is leading our team….well….I can’t really say that I’ll be too enthusiastic about the win. Considering if McCain becomes President we’ll pretty much have to learn how to speak spanish as a first language, and I’m just not prepared to do that.

Ever. I’ll learn Russian first.

Anyways, all this “omen” talk is BS anyways, so go eat a bisquit and enjoy some breakfast.

Wow, I was totally a fan of Montana when I was a little kid. He just seemed so calm and collected.

However….

Since the party was a media event (athletes hammed it up for the camera all night), I took three photos of Montana for my Madden Bowl recap story. I then turned away to check my work, surprised to find the football icon missing from the last photo.

It only took a hot second to realize where he’d gone. Montana was behind me, bumping into me to get my attention. Startled, I turned to see a stone-faced Joe who looked at me with disdain before asking, “Do you have a fucking problem?” I politely shook my head, and said I didn’t know that I wasn’t allowed to take pictures of him.

What a douchenozzle (two in one day!) to say that to someone who, you know, is just taking a picture of him. Considering that Joe has had his picture taken like a million times in his career you wouldn’t think that he would mind. However, the reporter did say that the booze had been flowing all night and I’m pretty sure that alcohol turns you in to a douchebag.

Or, it could be this picture:

What’s that Joe? You don’t like your picture taken? Hmm? Drinking too heavily? What? That lady next to you isn’t your wife? Hmmm…

Next time lay off the booze Joe, and try being a bit more civil. People don’t like jerk off celebrities dropping the F-bomb for no reason. Especially just for someone taking your picture.

Ya jerk.

Here is a nice quote I found.

I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn’t, than live my life as if there isn’t and die to find out there is.
- Albert Camus

I can’t count how many times I’ve said that, and this guy gets the credit! Well, I guess thats the benefit of saying it “first”.

Et tu Townhall?

February 1, 2008

Wow, I just can’t use this place as a respectable place for political opinion anymore.

That’s it. I remove thee from my hotlinks! I shun thee and rebuke thee for all of your transgressions against the conservative base!

Why oh WHY has thou let someone with such douchebaggery (in case you can’t tell “Douchebag” is hilarious to me and this is why I use it constantly)  as Johnnie Byrd post upon your net pages?

Anyways! I just want to explain something to missa Byrd:

But it is time for Rush, Laura, Sean, Bill and friends to deeply ponder the fact that almost two million Republicans voted in Florida’s closed primary—a huge number. More people voted in Florida than Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada and South Carolina combined. More than twice the population of all of New Hampshire—and McCain was the Republican choice! Amazingly, this happened in the face of an unmerciful pounding by Rush and friends, as well as Romney’s 4,475 television ads to McCain’s 470.

Well, Mr. Byrd one of the main reasons why the majority of Republicans voted for McCain in that state? Well, that’s because Florida, God’s waiting room, is filled with very very old people. The very same old people who mucked up the 2000 election because they wanted to vote for Pat Buchanan. The VERY SAME old people that couldn’t tell what chad to punch out and thus pitched a holy hell of a hissy fit because thats what old people do.

Answer is easy to understand: OLD. PEOPLE.

Is it any coincidence that these old people would vote for McCain? No, because he is OLD too! They all stick together like one big old wrinkle that stretches from miami to sarasota and back to Jacksonville. One giant election ruining wrinkle.

Old People. Old. McCain. Old.

Need I say more?

Townhalls “John Hawkins” had a recent article put up where he tells us conservatives that we should vote for McCain and, although sarcastically so, says we should “do it and like it”.

Yeah, not gonna happen.

Sorry John but I won’t abandon principles just so we can avoid four years of the Hilda beast of the magical Barack Obama. Nah, the rest of your dorks can line up like lemmings if you want but I think I’ll just hang back and wait for my opportunity to actually vote someone in who I could support.

Now, if Romney gets the vote? Yeah, I’ll gladly line up in November and pull that lever, but if it was McCain I might just write him a letter stating how much a douchenozzle I think he is. Anyone who hires a man like Juan Hernandez (who supports a north american union type deal where we join hands with Canada and Mexico and become one single entity) soundly fits within the realm of douchery and it unfit to be President.

Anyways, I have a demonstration video to show you the reaction I have when someone tells me that McCain is a perfectly good candidate.
