News – Black Muslim Group linked to Murder

This is awful. Apparently the journalist was just working on a story about an establishment named “Your Black Muslim Bakery” and someone from within the group that runs the place killed him. At least this is what the evidence is pointing to thus far.

Standing in a black suit with a bow tie, a member of the bakery organization said Friday that the crimes that police described run against the principles of his group.

Yes, yes, and numerous Muslim leaders all over the world claim their Religion is one of Peace and Tolerance while members of their very own faith wage personal and religious wars upon innocent people blowing themselves up in the name of Allah. Peaceful? Pardon me if I seem a bit Skeptical and somewhat leary about believing those same muslim leaders and this fella right here.

“The search warrant yielded several weapons and other evidence of value including evidence linking the murder of Chauncey Bailey to members of the Your Black Muslim Bakery” said Assistant Police Chief Howard Jordan. He said the raids were part of a yearlong investigation into a variety of violent crimes, including two homicides earlier this year and a kidnapping and torture case.

Looks like this place has a history. Oh, looks like they are tied to a torture case too. Thats not at all common in Islamic ruled nations now is it? Oh wait….nevermind.

I will concede that there have been some pretty big hiccups along the way. We’ve had some bad months too, but I would think that the global War on Terror has largely been a good thing and I would hardly classify it as phony. Has the British, Spanish, American, and other nations (who have been proactive in combating terrorism) been overly successful in thwarting a few major plots along the way? The War on Terror isn’t just in Iraq there Gingrich……it kinda encompasses everywhere that Terrorism might strike.

Iraq is just a focal point in the war meant to serve as a future bulwark in combating against extremist fanatics who like to blow themselves up, and the last thing I heard was that the surge, despite Democrat naysayers, was beginning to show some actual progress. Our boys know how to fight and they know how to win, but they don’t particularly appreciate a man, who is supposed to be on their side, claiming that their objective is phony or failing.

Bad call Newt. I was hoping you’d run, but you lost my confidence right there. I seriously doubt that this will tide over well with the pro-military crowd who still have faith in the mission. This is right up there with the McCain screwup of backing and creating the Immigration/Amnesty bill that was just recently defeated a month or so ago. If he was running….this wouldn’t have helped.

Sad really. The man should know better. Perhaps he knows something that I don’t but to hear him go out and just take people, who supported him, to task…well….I can’t say it will end well for Ole’ Newt.
